A young woman is killed after she was last seen hitchhiking in rural Michigan
Nineteen-year-old Christina Lynn Castiglione was tragically murdered on March 29, 1983. Living in Redford Township, near Detroit, she was last seen on March 19 that year. Her body was discovered ten days later beneath melting snow in Oak Grove State Game Area, located in Deerfield Township, Michigan. The investigation confirmed that Castiglione had been sexually assaulted and strangled.
