Jorge Luis Morales Quiles, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. He resided on the 2400 block of Coral Street in Philadelphia. Detectives have been urging anyone with information regarding Jorge's murder to come forward and contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
