On June 16, 2020, 30-year-old Rondell Brooks Jr., an African American male, was found shot and killed in a parking lot in the Villages at Roll Hill on the West Side of Cincinnati, OH. Police responded to the scene after Shot Spotter detected multiple gunshots in the area around 1:45 a.m. When they arrived, they discovered Brooks with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead at the scene.
