Sandy Seligman, a 26-year-old man from Vancouver, British Columbia, was last seen on August 17, 1980, in Miami, Florida. Seligman had traveled to Florida as part of a vacation that also took him to the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. While in Miami, he stayed at the Singapore Motel in Bal Harbour and had planned to return home by flying from Miami to Seattle before taking a bus to Vancouver.
