Jaylen "Bubby" West, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on February 28, 2015, in Sharon, Pennsylvania. His death occurred during a birthday party for Michael Dwayne Bagnall, where a disagreement escalated into a fatal shooting. Bagnall, who was 31 years old at the time, was charged with criminal homicide in connection with West's death.
