Troy Scott Hall, a 29-year-old man from Sharon, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2016. Hall was found shot in the head on South Oakland Avenue in Sharon, marking the town's only homicide of that year. The investigation into his death revealed that Hall and the suspect, Kaine Fowler, knew each other and were friends. Fowler, who was 21 years old at the time, later confessed to the killing while in jail for an unrelated charge.
