Matthew Williams, a 33-year-old man from Beaver Falls, PA, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2015. Williams was fatally shot outside his home on the 900 block of 13th Street after getting into a physical altercation with Christopher M. Kirkland, 25, who lived nearby.
