In the summer of 2021, a burst of gunfire outside a housing complex in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, tragically cut short the life of 30-year-old Monte Warren. On the evening of July 12th, a violent confrontation erupted at the Harmony Dwellings, resulting in a chaotic scene with more than 30 shots fired. When the turmoil subsided, Monte Warren and another man, 31-year-old Dwayne Wells, were found dead at the scene. Three other individuals were also wounded in the shootout.
