On September 11, 2015, Jamie Romesburg, a 28-year-old male from Carnegie, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life in a double-fatal shooting in Pittsburgh's Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood. Romesburg was fatally shot at around 2:50 p.m. on Ingham Street near Brighton Road. Witnesses reported hearing someone yell "Get out," followed by three to four shots. Romesburg died at the scene, while the other victim, 25-year-old Kenneth Beckel, was pronounced dead just before midnight that day.
