Billy Deonte James, a 35-year-old man from North Union Township, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2015. He was fatally shot outside the Double Vision Bar and Grille on Oliver Road in North Union Township. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. when a large fight broke out inside the bar and spilled into the parking lot. James was transported to Uniontown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
