In the city of Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of 21-year-old Shawn Costen was tragically cut short on the evening of April 28, 2014. A graduate of Chester High School, Shawn was employed as a short-order cook and was remembered by loved ones for his big heart and sweet nature.
