Rayon Braxton, a 25-year-old African American male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on November 27, 2015. Braxton was a well-known community organizer who ran Braxton Hall, a community arts center and dance club located in the Big Ugly Warehouse on Carlisle Street. He was passionate about providing a safe space for local kids and teens to engage in creative activities.
