Richard Duncan, a 73-year-old man from Abington, PA, was tragically shot and killed on December 23, 2015, while on his front porch. The incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on the 1700 block of Prospect Avenue. Duncan was known in the community for his volunteer work with the local VFW in Willow Grove.
