Jason McIntyre, a 24-year-old male from Kittanning, PA, tragically died on January 22, 2016, in Adams Township, PA. McIntyre was fatally shot during an attempted robbery of a home. He was with McKinley Berry, 24, and Jacob Adams, 24, who were both charged in connection with his death.

Berry and Adams were accused of conspiring to rob the home for drugs and money. During the robbery, a brief gunfight ensued, and McIntyre was shot by the occupants of the home, Daniel C. Oliverio and Jeremy ...
