Robert Kramer Jr., a 22-year-old male from Hickory, PA, tragically died on April 17, 2016. He was at a family picnic in the village of Westland, Washington County, when an argument broke out between him and his cousin, 28-year-old Joshua Moss. The argument, which had been ongoing for several hours, was over a set of car keys. Witnesses reported that both men had been drinking during the picnic.
