Carl Walker, a 49-year-old man from Reading, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2016. He was the fiancé of Kecia French and was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Carl Walker was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Getty Mart gas station located at the intersection of West Greenwich Street and Schuylkill Avenue in Reading.
