Johnathan W. Minnie, a 27-year-old man from Belle Vernon, PA, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2016. He was standing in the parking lot of Saloon 136 on Rainbow Run Road in Forward Township with a group of friends around 1:50 a.m. when a vehicle approached and someone inside opened fire on the group. Minnie suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m.
