Death by Force

On October 19, 2020, Clifford Douby, a 31-year-old man from Tinicum, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot while driving on Interstate 95 in Tinicum Township. Douby was driving a black Honda when he was shot in the neck, causing his vehicle to crash into the rail on the southbound lanes of the highway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
