Henry Hox, a 77-year-old man from Tinicum, PA, tragically died on September 27, 2018, from multiple gunshot wounds inflicted by his son, Matthew Hox. The incident occurred in their family home on the 400 block of Iroquois Street, where Henry was found on the living room floor suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
