David Fitzsimmons, a 56-year-old male from Coatesville, PA, tragically passed away on September 28, 2016. He was discovered in an apartment at the rear of a building located at 577 East Lincoln Highway, having succumbed to an apparent gunshot wound. Another individual, William Chance, aged 46, was also found at the scene with gunshot wounds, though he survived the attack.
