Annika Monique Steinbacher, a 17-year-old girl from Trout-run, PA, tragically passed away on November 1, 2016. She was a senior at Williamsport Area High School, where she excelled as an honors student and was involved in the creative writing club. Annika was also passionate about dancing and had been a dancer for 11 years. Her bubbly personality and generous heart made her well-loved by friends and family.
