In the late hours of a Saturday in November 2016, a recent transplant to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, found his life cut tragically short in a burst of gunfire. Twenty-four-year-old Robert Jones, a male who had relocated from Chicago just a few weeks prior, was sitting in his parked car on the 2100 block of North 4th Street when he was struck by multiple bullets.
