Tarik Chapman, a 38-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically murdered on January 17, 2017. He was known in his community as a helpful and caring individual who always lent a hand to those in need. On the day of his death, Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call on the 5100 block of Irving Street and found Tarik lying unresponsive in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
