In the early morning hours of Saturday, February 18, 2017, the sound of gunshots shattered the pre-dawn stillness in a Philadelphia neighborhood. At approximately 1:09 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers on patrol in the area of 4100 Leidy Avenue were drawn to the sound. Their investigation led them to a grim discovery. Near a vehicle, they found a man lying on the ground, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
