In the late hours of a Sunday evening in North Philadelphia, tragedy struck 29-year-old Randall Ellis. On April 30, 2017, at approximately 11:20 p.m., he was discovered lying in the hallway of his home on the 3000 block of North 10th Street, having been shot multiple times. The male victim had sustained gunshot wounds to his face, arms, and legs.
