Derrick Michael Davis, a 23-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on June 17, 2017, in Commodore, Pennsylvania. The cause of death was a gunshot wound inflicted during an altercation with his neighbor, 27-year-old James Lantz. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the front yard of Davis's home on Lovejoy Road.
