Amir Liverpool Parks, a 22-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2020, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Parks was fatally shot multiple times in the torso near the 6500 block of North Church Lane, close to Marshall Road and the woods along Cobbs Creek. Despite the quick response of the police and their efforts to perform CPR, Parks was pronounced dead at the scene.
