In the fall of 2017, a dispute between two men sharing a home culminated in a tragic murder-suicide. Chance Lamar Holmes, a 30-year-old male, became embroiled in an argument with his housemate, 42-year-old Travis Williams, over their living situation. The disagreement reportedly escalated after Williams asked Holmes to move out of the residence they shared in Swatara Township.
