Joshua Mitchell, a 20-year-old male of Phoenixville, PA, tragically died on September 28, 2017. Joshua was born on July 29, 1997, and was a son of Albert Mitchell and Julie Patel. He attended Phoenixville High School and enjoyed weight lifting, working on computers, and fishing.
