Jayson Ortiz-Cameron, a 15-year-old freshman at Phoenixville Area High School, was tragically shot and killed on December 27, 2017, behind a Dunkin' Donuts in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred during a botched robbery attempt that escalated from a planned marijuana sale.
