Daniel J. Smith, a 31-year-old male from Temple, PA, tragically died on March 31, 2018. He was helping a friend move furniture when the incident occurred. Smith, who worked as a state constable in Bucks County and as a paramedic for the Plymouth Community Ambulance Association, was fatally shot by his friend, Daniel R. Brymer.
