Terry Allen Bolar, a 39-year-old man from Evans City, Pennsylvania, tragically died on July 18, 2021. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Terry was fatally shot by Charles Smith, 46, of Evans City, in West Sunbury Cemetery. After shooting Terry, Charles proceeded to take his own life in the same cemetery. The incident occurred between 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on that day.
