In the late hours of a Friday night in April 2018, tragedy struck in Pittsburgh's Hill District, forever altering the lives of a family and community. Shawn William Dillard, a 27-year-old male from Erie, was found lying in the street on the 1800 block of Cliff Street, the victim of a fatal shooting.
