Shawn William Dillard, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the Hill District, specifically in the 1800 block of Cliff Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Dillard suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
