Nicholas Patrick Ursiny, a 15-year-old boy from Leechburg, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on June 17, 2016. He was born on November 3, 2000, to parents Patrick A. Ursiny and Karen Voytek. Nicholas was a student at Kiski Area High School and was known for his involvement in the school band.
