A young man's life was cut short on a summer evening in Reading, Pennsylvania. Eighteen-year-old Carlos M. Herrera of Reading was in the 300 block of South 10th Street on July 24, 2018, when he became a victim of fatal gun violence. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the young man's death was a tragic loss for his family and friends.
