Vianela Tavera, a 50-year-old woman from the Bronx, tragically went missing on July 28, 2018, after telling her family she was visiting a man she had been dating in Philadelphia. Her body was later discovered in a basement in the Feltonville neighborhood of North Philadelphia on August 6, 2018. The condition of the body was so decomposed that it took some time to identify her.
