Sylvan Simon, an 87-year-old male of Jewish ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2018, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was one of the eleven victims of the horrific shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood.
