James Madison, a 41-year-old male from Pottstown, PA, tragically died on April 16, 2019. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the torso, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide. Madison was found on the bathroom floor of his apartment, suffering from the gunshot wound, and was later pronounced dead at Pottstown Hospital.
