In the late summer of 2019, a violent altercation in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, tragically cut short the life of 31-year-old Otis Harris. The fatal encounter unfolded on the morning of September 23rd, on Scott Street, stemming from a physical dispute that did not initially involve Harris. The chain of events began when Harris's nephew, Rayshawn McKay, was involved in a fight with another man, Armani Cortez Rhedrick.
