On September 23, 2019, Otis Harris, a 31-year-old male from Pottstown, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on Scott Street in Pottstown. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene, having suffered multiple shotgun wounds. The incident occurred shortly after Harris's nephew, Rayshawn McKay, had a physical altercation with Armani Cortez Rhedrick outside McKay's home.
