Barbara Palladino, a 64-year-old woman from Landenberg, PA, tragically died on October 10, 2019. Her death was ruled a homicide by the Chester County Coroner's Office. Barbara was killed by multiple shotgun wounds to the head in her home. The incident was later confirmed to be a murder-suicide. Dino Capriotti, a 62-year-old man from neighboring Montgomery County, was found dead from a self-inflicted shotgun wound at the same location.
