William Gantz III, a 33-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2019, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot multiple times while sitting in his car on the 2100 block of Jackson Street. Despite the efforts of medical personnel who arrived at the scene, William did not survive. The incident was reported to the Philadelphia Police Department, and an investigation was launched to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
