Barbara Naumann, a 58-year-old woman from Dunmore, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on November 7, 2019, in an incident that was later determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in Ransom Township, near Clarks Summit, where Barbara Naumann was found dead alongside Robert Bowen III, a 68-year-old man from Clarks Summit.
