On December 1, 2019, Paula S. Deeter, a 63-year-old Caucasian female, was found deceased in her home in Sugarloaf Township, Pennsylvania. Born on February 25, 1956, at the Bloomsburg Hospital, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Roberta Brown.
