On a cold January day in Erie, Pennsylvania, the life of 26-year-old Devin Harley Way was tragically cut short. The male victim was killed on January 19, 2020, inside a car on Southgate Drive during a robbery. Known for his compassionate and gentle nature, as well as a great sense of humor, Devin was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
