Death by Force

Quadir Flippen, a 31-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the morning of February 6, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found inside his black Honda Accord, which had collided with parked vehicles on the 1200 block of South 24th Street. Flippen was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
