Terrance Lamar Carter, a 49-year-old African American man from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on June 4, 2020. He was fatally shot multiple times in Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, along with a 34-year-old woman named Elisha Moses. Both victims were initially taken to local hospitals in critical condition but later succumbed to their injuries. The incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. on Princeton Boulevard.
