On a late spring evening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the life of 49-year-old Terrance Lamar Carter, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On June 4, 2020, in the borough of Wilkinsburg, Carter and a companion, 34-year-old Elisha M. Moses, were discovered with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Princeton Boulevard.
Both Carter and Moses were rushed to a local hospital in critical condition, but they succumbed to their injuries approximately an hour later.
Allegheny County Police homicide detectives were called to the scene to lead the investigation into the double homicide.
