Kellyn Toliver, a 31-year-old man from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, tragically died on June 25, 2020, after being shot in Swissvale. Toliver, who was known as the rapper "Tolly Bandz," was shot just before 6:30 p.m. along the 2000 block of Noble Street. After being shot, he ran to the 7500 block of Center Street, where first responders found him and transported him to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Despite efforts to save him, Toliver succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
