Vincent S. Barbuto, a 29-year-old male of Italian-American ethnicity from Aliquippa, PA, tragically passed away on July 15, 2020. He was found unresponsive in the basement of his West Main Street home. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a homicide investigation.
