Stephen Steve Robert Walker, a 68-year-old man from Ephrata, PA, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2020. Walker was shot in the head by Stephen Jones, a 29-year-old man from Denver, while Walker was in his vehicle on Cats Back Road in West Earl Township. Jones forced Walker to stop his vehicle and shot him through the driver's side window before fleeing the scene. Investigators believe that Jones did not know Walker prior to the incident.
