In the late hours of November 20, 2010, the life of 31-year-old Devell Beard was tragically cut short inside his home on Bradford Street, located on Detroit's east side. Neighbors reported seeing two men enter the residence between 10:30 and 11:50 p.m. Shortly after, the sound of gunshots pierced the night.
